Polina performs as a piano soloist in Russia and abroad- Denmark, Germany, France, Estonia, Lithuania, Israel, Finland and Italy. A major part of her repertoire is academic classical music, often in paradoxical mix with other modern styles. She collaborates with many modern composers, who write music for her personally. She has a talent to build unique themes for her recital programs in which we can sensor the “inside story”. The highlight of her work is “blurring of distinguish” in styles, genres, ethnos –. “Chopin and antiсhopin”, “Melanhcoly”- “In-Temporalis” a duet with Cuban percussionists Y. Gonzales, “We are and Mozart” with trumpeter-composer V. Gayvoronsky,
She performs in international musical festivals by Yury Bashmet (Germany), "Take Another Look" (England), “St. Petersburg Music spring”, “St. Petersburg days in Denmark” (Coling) and others. She performs at concerts of Association of modern music, was nominated for the “St. Petersburg Avant-Garde 2010” award. Her records and concerts are broadcast on radio and TV-station.
She had an honor to perform for the Queen of Denmark while her Majesty visit.
Polina started her musical education at the age of five, when she entered Musical Lyceum of St. Petersburg Conservatoire in the piano class, after that graduated from St. Petersburg State Conservatoire and Postgraduated Doctorial Course and Music Academy of Tel-Aviv University. She was a stipendiary of Izralian-American Cultural Found.
Polina Fradkina taught piano master class sessions in Denmark and St. Petersburg Academy of Culture.
